The Council is committed to delivering as many services as it can via the Internet. This means that users can benefit at a time that is convenient to them, which may be later in the evening or at weekends and is not necessarily during normal office hours.

Clients - a member of the public applying for new licences or dealing with existing licences.
Create an on-line account - see Portfolio Management below.
Application status - monitor a submitted application's progress. You will also be kept up to date with progress via email updates.
Portfolio management - view details of all current licences held.
Licensing Act Representations - make representations on certain open applications.
Note: Clients must first create an account before they can access the client related features.
